​About the Founder:
I’m Karan Bamba, and after 34 years in the corporate sector, I started Vihaan Initiatives to pursue a purpose-driven path: empowering MSMEs through focused consulting and strategic partnerships. My professional journey began as a Graduate Engineer Trainee with Siemens Ltd. in Kalwa (Mumbai) in July 1989.
Over the next three decades, I held leadership roles in various organisations including Siemens, Nokia Siemens Networks, HFCL/Reliance Jio, and Thermax. These roles offered me diverse opportunities to innovate, lead cross-functional teams, and drive value across verticals.
The desire to use this experience to help growing enterprises led me to establish Vihaan Initiatives, based out of New Delhi.
Since starting Vihaan Initiatives, I’ve led consulting engagements across varied domains, such as:

Strategic growth planning and manufacturing setup for a JV in the polymer compound industry.
